Working with Banca Intesa Serbia, we developed a series of symbols/pictograms for their internal communication, communication among employees in all sectors. Symbols are designed to present ideas, rules, and aspirations valued in the company.

Creating a symbol and a slogan “Support is success”, illustrating the idea that everyone in the company is equal and that success is bigger when there's communication and support.

Visually representing two human figures that are creating a smiley face by shaking hands, we illustrated principals that encourage positive behaviour amongst the employees.

Series of symbols illustrating workshop rules, crated to encourage new employees and present work ethics of the company.

Symbol is inspired by the original Banca Intesa logo - the arches of the bank are now used to illustrate human figures, standing in a text bubble - the internal communications team.
